• Password (stored securely via Supabase — never in plain text)

Location data

• GPS location while navigating, used solely to provide turn-by-turn directions
• Location is processed on your device and is not stored on our servers unless you explicitly share a route or location-based feature

Usage data

• App interactions, feature usage, and crash reports (used to improve the app)
• Device type and operating system version

Payment information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers, bank account information, or any other payment credentials. See our Data Policy for more detail.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Cruze Cart app and services
• Create and manage your account
• Process transactions and send related information
• Send service-related communications (e.g., account confirmations, security alerts)
• Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests

• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity

Cruze Cart LLC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We do not share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for commercial gain. Your data is used only to operate and improve the Cruze Cart service.

We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We share data with trusted service providers (Supabase, Stripe, Apple) solely to operate the app. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
• With your consent: We may share information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We will fulfill deletion requests within 30 days, except where we are required to retain data for legal or regulatory purposes.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure authentication via Supabase, and restricted access to personal data within our team. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Cruze Cart app is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Object to or restrict certain types of processing
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
